題目： Case Studies: How to prioritize DX project areas

概要：
In aiming for “”co-creation with society”” using data science, firstly we should grasp business challenges and social issues from the existing situation. There is a process for setting priorities and issues to be addressed from a business perspective. At the entrance of the industry-government-academia collaboration project, I would like to discuss “”how to select the study theme”” based on actual cases of overseas projects which I was involved.
I have worked with Kuching City in Malaysia to study Smart disaster management and flood management for their Smart City initiatives. As Case 1, I will explain the content of the problem understanding workshop and framework used to extract the important theme from stakeholders in Kuching. Next, I will introduce Case 2, which is a farmers survey aimed at solving problems through digitalization in rural area of India.
