IoT sensor time series analyses

概要：
The proliferation of interconnected and embedded Internet of Things (IoT) sensing devices is enabling many intelligent services and applications in smart cities, intelligent transportations, and human activity recognition and health monitoring. Despite the success of machine learning in many vision-based application, how to process the sensor time series data in real-time to accurately retrieve the correct information remains a challenging topic. In this talk, we will present some examples of our ongoing research on sensor time series analyses. Specifically focusing on how to dynamically segmenting continuous times series data for subsequent machine learning algorithms; how to robustly interpret the context of time series data; and more importantly, how to detect anomalies in time series data.
