題目： From Intelligence to Superintelligence: Navigating Change and Shaping the Future with Causal AI

概要：
　In this talk, we will explore the evolving landscape of artificial intelligence, from the essence of intelligence itself to the path toward superintelligence. We will delve into the mechanisms behind AI, including neural networks, reinforcement learning, and large language models (LLMs), examining why these technologies work and their limitations in achieving true artificial general intelligence (AGI). Central to this discussion is the role of causal AI as a transformative force in understanding and navigating the complexities of a rapidly changing world. By uncovering root causes, identifying latent variables, and resisting spurious correlations, causal AI enables generalization across diverse domains and models the consequences of interventions. More importantly, it addresses the critical question: What is the optimal sequence of interventions to achieve desired future outcomes, given real-world constraints? Through past success stories and future projections, we will highlight the societal impact of AI, offering insights into how AGI and superintelligence could shape the future of work and life.
